We provide bonuses for every referred candidate that we place on contract, contract-to-hire or direct hire jobs with our client companies.
Just fill out our brief form. We'll contact your referral and if they are not already actively working with ESP, you are eligible to receive a bonus.
For contract or contract-to-hire assignments the referrer will receive a check from one hundred dollars ($100.00) up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) depending on the position level and contract length.
For direct hire roles, the referrer will receive a check from two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) depending on the position level and salary. The fee will be paid following the referred legal technology, litigation, or attorney professional's 90th day of employment or at the end of the client’s Guarantee Period.
