espSource Overview

In addition to screening your resumes, ESP will provide full recruiting services for an hourly fee.   If we find your perfect candidate in the first few hours of the search you only pay for those first few hours spent sourcing, nothing more.  If you have a specialized position to fill and the traditional job boards are not providing the results, espSource will provide you a Low Cost option to get full service recruiting.

espSource works by allowing ESP to handle the time intensive recruiting tasks in your firm so your staff and managers can focus on the areas where they are most productive for your firm.  You only pay for the time you use with espSource and we can set limits on the time and services offered.

You may use espSource for any or all of the Services below for a flat hourly rate.

  • Discuss with your staff relevant information regarding your priorities and develop an initial recruiting plan to include a detailed Job Requirements Checklist.
  • Review and qualify resumes in response to our sourcing efforts from our extensive database, our web page and Internet ads and our referrals from our established network of Law Firm Technology Staff.
  • Review and qualify resumes in response to your web postings, Internet ads and internal referrals.
  • Prescreen Candidates based on your Detailed Job Checklist.
  • Phone interviews with Candidates passing your Checklist.
  • Reference Checks of Qualified Candidates.
  • Scheduling of Interviews.
  • Help with Offer Negotiation.
