A Better Model: Financially Committed Search
Unlike a traditional retained search, our executive search service adheres to a financially committed search model. This means that rather than being obligated to pay us an entire fee no matter the outcome of the search, you’ll only pay us based on our accomplishment of mutually agreed upon milestones. To initiate the search, you’ll pay us one third of 25% of the compensation package for the position, and then you won’t pay another dime until we’ve hit the objectives you’ve set for us. In other words, the rest of the payment schedule is up to you!
