Legal Technology Placement in Partnership
ESP always wants to be on top of our game, so we are continually enhancing our skills and knowledge of industry trends. Memberships in the following associations and networks provide us the opportunity to learn, build connections, and improve our business practices.
International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) is a peer networking organization, that provides information to members to maximize the value of technology in support of the legal profession. ESP’s membership enables us to provide superior service to our clients and talent through the exchange of best practices and educational opportunities.
California Staffing Professionals (CSP) was formed to provide products and services to its members within the staffing services industry. ESP’s membership enables our recruiters to receive ongoing education and accreditation. As a member, ESP participates in annual conferences, discussions of best practices and upholds its standards of ethical practices.
The Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) provides networking and educational opportunities for legal administrators and management teams. Though the ALA limits membership to legal administrators, ESP supports local ALA Chapters as a vendor.
Computer Concepts approaches computer software training and consulting for law firms from the perspective of the user-as a human challenge, not a technological problem. Our partnership with Computer Concepts enables us to offer webinar training to our technology consultants.
E-Legal Technology is a specialist directory and resource tool for lawyers, legal professionals and legal technology specialists. ESP's membership at this site gives us access to detailed descriptions of hundreds of service providers, legal applications, events, seminars, webinars, white papers, articles, jobs and press releases all specific to the legal technology sector, so we can provide the best candidates for our clients' needs, and the latest resources for our candidates.
Tools & Resources
ESP leverages career building tools and resources to increase candidate visibility and connect with top employers. Here are just a few of our primary tools and resources:
ESP is a member of the Bullhorn™ community, directly linking us to over 14,000 users throughout the United States. For clients of ESP, Bullhorn™ gives us national reach in the search for candidates and consultants. Bullhorn™ is a complete web-based recruitment management solution that helps staffing firms find, source, place and track candidates, jobs and clients — faster.
Interview Stream allows ESP to offer clients video interviews as part of candidate submittal. Video interviews simplify the screening process by giving ESP's clients a glimpse of candidates before a formal interview. Interview Stream fully integrates with ESP’s candidate tracking system and takes the hassle out of scheduling initial interview times.
M5Connect for Bullhorn simplifies communication with our clients and candidates, integrating ESP's phone-based activities into the Bullhorn application for a unified desktop. Outgoing calls can be initiated with a single click and notes can be added into Bullhorn. Incoming calls generate instant screen pops with viewable candidate or contact information before the call is answered.
ESP recently contracted with TalentWise™ to quickly run employment background checks and drug tests. Utilizing this service provides ESP’s clients with faster turnaround on background checks and drug tests so that clients don’t need to wait for results and a candidate can start working sooner.
Career Websites
ESP posts jobs, searches candidates and maintains company profiles on Dice.com, Monster and other career websites that lead the industry in marketing for legal technology professionals.
