Jason graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Smeal College of Business Administration. Prior to joining ESP, Jason spent ten years in the financial services industry first as a Financial Advisor and then as a Managing Associate. At MassMutual, Jason recruited top talent to the firm and discovered that he had a passion for recruiting. As a Recruiter and Account Manager for ESP, Jason develops relationships with both Account Managers and Candidates, and his understanding of Legal Technology ensures he makes the perfect match.
Jason’s goal throughout his entire career has been to establish and maintain long-term relationships with his clients. Jason excels at finding the best candidates for specific roles in Legal Technology and he loves working with candidates who have a passion for what they do and are looking to grow in their career.
When away from work, Jason likes to spend time with family and friends, play guitar, travel and golf. He is an active member of the Penn State Alumni Association. Jason currently resides in West Chester, PA with his wife Alycia.
