Chris founded ESP in 1996 and has guided the firm to become the most trusted legal technology services company in southern California. Prior to joining ESP, Chris spent 18 years working in technology, holding several sales and management positions with Burroughs Corporation (now Unisys), NBI, Inc., Syntrex, Inc., and Equitrac Corporation. Fifteen of those 18 years, Chris was providing technology solutions, including word processing, networking, time and billing and cost recovery systems, to the legal marketplace. Currently Chris is involved with all aspects of legal technology placement in the legal marketplace and is a California Accredited Consultant (C.A.C.). He earned a BA in Business Administration from Gustavus Adolphus College.
Chris’s 30 years’ experience serving the technology needs of law firms allows ESP to provide law firm clients a more effective solution for technology staffing. Chris believes by specializing in technology and litigation staffing for the legal market, ESP is always able find the perfect fit for his clients and candidates. Always looking forward for the next business evolution, Chris is pursuing national opportunities for ESP's services and expertise. During the course of his career, Chris has found that nothing is more rewarding than helping a person advance their career and at the same time finding a great person to help a company achieve their business objectives.
