A lot has changed in technology since ESP Legal Technology Professionals opened its office in 1996. The first version of Java programming language had just been released, EBay was only just becoming a household name, and Novell was the network of choice. ESP placed our first IT System Administrator to support our client's Novell Network.

Chris Hildreth founded ESP with his brother, Bob Hildreth, to meet the needs for legal technology staffing in California. Bob is owner and president of ESP Systems Professionals, Inc., the leading information technology staffing firm in the Minneapolis marketplace. After serving the technology needs of law firms for 30 years, Chris’ knowledge and experience paired with the successful business model of the Minneapolis office, allowed ESP to provide law firm clients a more effective solution for technology staffing.
